At International House of Faith, our Beliefs are rooted in the unchanging truth of God’s word, the Bible. We hold fast to the belief that God is the sovereign creator and ruler of everything, that all humans have sinned and need a Savior, Jesus Christ, and that once they receive Salvation, believers are called to grow in faith and live holy, empowered by the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the literal second return of our Lord Jesus Christ to earth to take unto Himself His bride, the church. The New Testament points forward to the return of Christ, describing it variously as "the last day" (John 6:39); 'the day of the Lord,' (1 Thes 5:2); "the coming of the Lord" (James 5:7); "the appearing of Jesus Christ," (1 Peter 1:7). The time of the coming back has not been, and is not to be, revealed before hand (Acts 1:7).
